How to use comfycuddle microwavable heating pad / cooling pad:

• Only heat/cool the insert, do not heat the external fabric cover.
• Allow the pad to cool/warm up to a comfortable temperature before applying it to the skin.

Heating:

• Heat with a cup of water in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, depending on your microwave.
• Turn the pad over every 30 seconds and check its temperature; this helps prevent overheating.The moisture helps prevent the fillings from drying out and catching fire.

Cooling:

• Chill in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use.

CAUTION

1. Only heat the insert of the thermal pad, do not heat the external fabric cover.
2. Extreme temperatures can cause injury. Read the instructions to avoid the risk of injury.
3. Overheating may cause fire, do not overheat the heat pad.
4. For microwave use only.
5. Always store the microwave heat pad / cooling pad on a fire safe surface like the kitchen sink.
6. Allow to completely cool before reheating.
