LIQUID EYELINER PEN (GERMANY)

Ferraurccis liquid eyeliner pen is all day wear eyeliner. It is inspired by traditional calligraphy. A smooth, fluid single stroke of color, using the precision brush tip, glides on and stays in place for an all-day finish without fading. From achieving the perfect cat-eye flick or heavy 60s-style lid, gently pull the upper corner of your eye to make sure the color applies in a smooth line first and go from there.
